Mobile appointments are itemized: $10 per Virginia notarial act, including the first act, plus a separate mobile travel charge based on one-way driving distance from Suffolk ($50 for 0-5 miles, $60 for 6-10, $70 for 11-15, $80 for 16-20). Travel beyond 20 miles is quoted individually, and Virginia does not set travel amounts. You see the full itemized total, your $50 deposit, and your remaining balance before you book.
